重庆华岩寺在5.12汶川大地震救灾纪实

2008年5月12日14时28 分，汶川大地震发生，重庆震级3.8级。华岩寺数千名信徒正在欢度佛教圣诞节，在大雄宝殿举行盛大的浴佛法会。地震发生时，历经数百年的<A class=channel_keylink href="http://www.fowg.cn/hyzx/Index.asp" target=_blank>华岩寺</A>老建筑墙体出现裂缝，瓦片脱落，险象环生，道坚法师率僧众迅速组织信徒撤离到安全地带，及时巡查寺院受灾情况。是夜凌晨，<A class=channel_keylink href="http://www.fowg.cn/daojian">道坚</A>法师通过网络向佛教界发出为汶川大地震组织祈福消灾法会暨捐款倡议。
全文如下：惊悉四川西北地区于5月12日下午14时28分，发生7.8级地震，截至13日零时，四川地震灾区已发现死亡人数近万名，甘肃、陕西等其他地区死亡人数180多名。其中最严重的地区多系羌族聚居区，仅北川目前发现死亡7000多人，地震中心汶川县至今交通音信受阻。面对如此巨大的自然灾害，作为佛弟子，我倡议，秉承佛陀“慈悲济世、利乐众生”之宗旨来济度受灾困厄众生，各寺院为地震灾区举行消灾祈福法会（各人可念佛回向）。我还倡议，社会各届善心人士发起“无缘大慈、同体大悲”的菩提心，积极行动起来，募集慈善捐助款，尽我们的微薄之力，做些我们力所能及的事，视灾民们的急需，帮助灾民们渡过难关，为人民安康、社会和谐贡献一份力量。

2008年5月13日：华岩寺汶川大地震举行祈福普佛，<A class=channel_keylink href="http://www.fowg.cn/daojian">道坚</A>法师带头捐款，并发起<A class=channel_keylink href="http://www.fowg.cn/hyzx/Index.asp" target=_blank>华岩寺</A>僧众和重庆佛学院师生等四众弟子为地震灾区捐款活动，当日共捐款28000余元。同日，<A class=channel_keylink href="http://www.fowg.cn/daojian">道坚</A>法师组织成立“五人救援队”奔赴绵阳、北川、安县、平武等重灾区，参加救援，了解灾情。

2008年5月17日：由香港旭日集团杨钊居士发起的《梁皇宝忏》法会于<A class=channel_keylink href="http://www.fowg.cn/hyzx/Index.asp" target=_blank>华岩寺</A>弘法楼启建。该法会为期七天，为汶川大地震死难同胞超度。同日，华岩文教<A class=channel_keylink href="http://hywjjjh.com/" target=_blank>基金会</A>第二批赈灾物资启运灾区，为平武受灾严重的平通、兰坝等乡镇送去绵被、食物等救灾物资。

2008年5月22日：华岩寺连夜紧急运送特制中药防疫口罩到绵阳（此口罩有去尸臭，防瘟疫的特殊功效，深受前线解放军战士的欢迎），道坚法师带领部分救援队员，为安县、北川县重灾区解放军战士、武警官兵送去特制防疫口罩，慰问前线救灾队员。不顾疲劳，赶到受灾严重的绵竹汉旺镇和什邡县，深入第一线,慰问解放军战士，赠送特制防疫口罩。 2008年5月23日：应抗震救灾指挥部的要求,重庆华岩寺与重庆医药博物馆联合赶制第二批防疫口罩，并紧急运往灾区。同时，华岩寺超度汶川大地震死难同胞的“梁皇宝忏”圆满。 2008年5月24日：为支援灾民重建家园，重庆华岩寺紧急筹备数千套餐具（包括锅碗瓢盆等），运往安县、北川等地。道坚法师得知灾民紧缺盐巴，及时采购10吨盐、一车油等物资，紧急运往灾区第一线。 2008年5月25日:重庆华岩寺采购10吨大米、面粉、盐等生活急需品，送往北川县受灾最严重的陈家坝乡。
